Feeling stressed, anxious, or fearful? In this episode Liz and Christina talk about how it is important to acknowledge your heavy emotions, let them go, bring in light, and build yourself up. Ideas for letting go of emotions: 1. Punch a punching bag while verbalizing what you are upset about. 2. Write what is bothering you or who is bothering you on glass items, break glass items while verbalizing what you are upset about. 3. Write out how you feel and what is triggering you to feel this way. Burn or discard via garbage can. ( I feel...because...) 4. Exercise! 5. Yelling it out :) 6. Going on a drive. Ideas to build you up 1. Listen to uplifting music !!! 2. Dance party :) 3. Gratitude Journal! 4. Calling or spending time with an uplifting friend 5. Service
