CLEARING NEGATIVE ATTACHMENT
Make a list of anyone that has ever caused you hurt
Resolve it, think of the situation. Write as much as you can.
Do the release, go out in nature, care. ( do a sole to sole)
Ask permission from their spirit.
In-vision them being in the car with you
Everything that comes out get it out!
When you’re done take a breath.
Apologies, “ I'm sorry that I held these negative emotions for a long time
Know that it is let go! Be lighter let it go. Mark their name off the list
Go in order from who comes first.
