1. Physically Move yourself. Get up and move your body when you aren't feeling empowered. Shift this mood and shake it off.
2. Music has a huge impact on our mood.
3. Notice and name the emotion. Have fluency in what mood you are having. notice it and name it.

6. Get curious go into creativity, look for the opportunity focus on the solution and it will elevate your mood vrs. being reactive. ( Love the surprises).
7. Change the subject! You can choose what you think about. To change your mood change what you are thinking about. You can change the subject if someone is focusing on something negative.
